Position Summary

If you know anything about the construction business, you know that getting the right products to the right site on time and safely is the benchmark of success. It is both challenging and rewarding work. We are Team Convoy, and we want folks with great people skills on our team because, in the end – people make all the difference.

We’re looking for self-sufficient, motivated CDL Driver for our Edmonton location at 9675 266 Street. Acheson who want to help us expand our fast-growing business.

Regional role - with service to Lethbridge, Calgary, Red Deer, Fort St. John & Edmonton weekly.  40+ hours/week

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled regional deliveries and pickups
• Safely operate company equipment in compliance with all regulations
• Perform daily truck and trailer inspections as required by the Highway Traffic Act
• Load and unload materials as required
• Secure loads using proper strapping techniques to ensure safe transport
• Match shipments to sales invoices
• Use Samsara technology, including electronic logging devices (ELDs), to support compliance, safety, and operational efficiency
• Operate vehicles equipped with dash and cab cameras in accordance with company safety policies
• Ensure proper load securement, including installation of corner boards to protect product
• Maintain clean, well-kept equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
• Assist with warehouse and yard duties during downtime or when the truck is out of service for maintenance

Requirements

• Class 1 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
• Flat deck and Super B driving experience required
• Manual and automatic transmission experience required
• Strong knowledge of legal truck weights and weight distribution
• Committed to safety on and off the road
• Passionate about teamwork and delivering great service
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
