Plumber - Residential Service (3+ years of experience)

Job Duties:
- Demonstrate the company core values every single day: I CARE
- Diagnose & repair residential plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, water heaters, sump pumps, boilers etc.).
- Arrive on time and ready
- Complete all calls efficiently, troubleshoot malfunctions and educate customers
- Install & service plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, dishwashers, garbage disposals, etc.).
- Educating homeowners on their plumbing systems and offering solutions.
- Ensure customer experience is positive by keeping workspaces clean and explaining work performed.
- Using technology (iPad & Knowify) to document jobs.
- Driving a company vehicle, keeping it stocked, clean, and organized.
- Attending team meetings & training to stay sharp and improve your skills.
- Communicate job status, including changes, additions and damages
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety program
- Responsible for mentoring and training apprentices
- Responsible for completing all required administration for the job
Requirements:
- Must enjoy serving and helping others
- Must have pride in workmanship
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Good communication skills
- Team-oriented as well as able to work independently
- Available for on-call rotation
- Able to lift heavy materials
- Must have tools and equipment as required
- Ability to work on-call for emergencies
- Valid WHMIS, Fall Arrest, Aerial Work Platform and Confined Space would be an asset
